The training courses are delivered as on-demand video tutorials to be watched sequentially at your own pace. Each video has a discussions tab where learners can interact with the course instructor, ask questions and discuss the course topic with other learners. Learners can also request for a topic to be discussed in more detail at the live session.

The training is structured to run for 8 weeks, during which the learner will attend weekly live coaching sessions to discuss the modules with our training experts.
The live sessions are held in groups based on your start date. This is to ensure all learners are given quality attention throughout the duration of the training. The live sessions are to discuss and clarify any questions you may have on the week's learning modules. The topics and agenda of each session will be planned by the course coordinator in collaboration with the group members.  

Candidates that successfully complete the training and get certified, either as a Product Owner or a Scrum Master, will be offered an Internship opportunity with us.
The internship position will be unpaid and purely to help the candidate gain real verifiable work experience to boost their confidence and profile for the job market.
